At Zellenza, we aim to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience for our customers worldwide. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The return request is made within 7–14 days of delivery (you can adjust this timeframe)
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact
We do not accept returns for:
- Items marked as final sale
- Used or damaged products (unless received in that condition)
- Digital/downloadable products (if applicable)
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at zellenzaventures@gmail.com
- Include:
- Order number
- Product details
- Reason for return
- Photos (if item is damaged/defective)
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
3. International Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns
- Any customs duties or import taxes are non-refundable
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval/rejection
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your payment provider (processing time may vary)

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
